Enrique Guitart
Enrique Guitart is the co-founder and CEO of Aventurasoft. He previously led AI at Restaurant Brands International, where he ran AI transformation across four brands and more than two thousand employees. He has spent twenty years delivering enterprise software, data analytics, and digital transformation programs for large organizations across the Americas.
Aventurasoft is the firm Enrique co-founded to help enterprise clients adopt AI without breaking the parts of the business that already work. The practice leads with a thirty day AI Value Diagnostic, then sequences tool selection and training, then data strategy, and places agentic AI and automation operating models at the end of the roadmap on purpose.
Before launching the AI consulting practice in 2025, Aventurasoft spent two decades building software, running data analytics programs, and delivering digital transformation for clients in financial services, consumer brands, restaurants, and professional services. That operating history is why the firm is comfortable saying out loud that the boring parts of AI adoption, the policies, the training, the data foundations, are where most of the value actually comes from.
At Restaurant Brands International, Enrique was responsible for AI across four brands and more than two thousand employees. The work covered shadow AI exposure, productivity tool rollout, governance, training, data strategy, and the early design of agentic operating models.
